We experienced an electrical issue that did some major damage to appliances and left our power in general in a shaky place.  Muzzie’s came out on a Saturday night on short notice and didn’t leave until the issues were sorted out.  Fair pricing, thorough work, and just nice people. We had Muzzie Electrical install a new outlet in our basement and were impressed by the communication throughout the process. Tim got in contact with the company who did our basement waterproofing to make sure the electrical specs were correct, double checked to make sure his work wouldn’t void our warranty, and completed the installation in a timely manner for a reasonable price. This is a family run business that takes great pride in their work, and they made sure we understood what was being completed. Absolutely amazing company. Had an outlet catch fire this morning. Couldn’t find anyone to come out til I talked to Muzzie’s. They were so fast and delightfully friendly and professional Iike I have never experienced. Our electrical panel caught fire in the middle of the night on a weekend, leaving us in a bad position because of the cold weather. Called Tim in the morning and he and his very nice family came right out to look things over. When he arrived he assessed the situation, determined what equipment and tools he needed and went to get them returning promptly. By that evening our service was ready for inspection, which Tim already had arranged to minimize downtime. Within 8-9 hours after my initial phone call our new service was installed and inspected, damaged wiring repaired, and power restored. In addition to the already great service Tim took time to make sure we understand the new equipment. He also left the work area as clean as it was when he arrived. I've had Muzzie Electrical work on various projects at my house over the years. They are always prompt, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. Last year they installed a hybrid water heater.  We had a flood due to a hurricane.  They came back out and replaced the one we had destroyed in the flood.   Very professional and friendly.  Quality work at a reasonable price.   They are my go to company from now on.

Update:  We just had Muzzie Electric come out because of a outlet not providing enough power.  They found a outlet outside has caught fire and we had no idea.  They replaced the outlet with a GFCI outlet and replaced the circuit to GFCI/AFCI breaker.   Tim explained the entire process and reason for the work he did. He also explained the new code standards and made suggestions for future work that will protect our family and home.
